Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
- Manage performance appraisal systems and employee development plans
- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR management experience
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Proficient in HR software/tools (e.g., Zoho People, BambooHR, etc.)
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills
